"Kellen Schlicht has been my State Farm Customer Service Rep for many years. Never has there been a time she didn't get back with me with answers to my questions or problems I was trying to get solved. She's always gone above and beyond what she had to. "Jacob is absolutely an amazing and wonderful insurance agent! He is superrrrr friendly and easy to reach out. No matter what questions you have, he always responds efficiently and gives a very clear information. He even helped us find a good course, which let us save some money! "We love Mac Freeman State Farm! Christy Ramsey did a phenomenal job helping us save over $600, compared to USAA and many other insurance companies. They have our Auto, Renter and Life Insurance. We are looking to get additional life insurance and disability insurance through them as well because of the pricing/insurance value ratio. Amazing! Kellen and Adrian are also extremely helpful with anything you need! They know how to help with anything and get things figured out in a timely manner. Not to mention, our awesome agent, Mac!
